Heart is like a car.

When you were born to this well-polluted-mother-earth, your heart was like a car which just came out from the showroom. Fresh, sleek and clean. Unfortunately, that was the best state you ever had. As time goes by, your heart’ld have dents, scratches, corrosion, and even engine malfunction. Forgiving replenish the heart, I assume. Cause when you forgive, it’ll wash away bad substances that influences your heart, especially bad thoughts. Like a car which just came out from the workshop with dents are fixed and paid by the insurance (hmm, reminds me of something, hehe).

So, please let me sincerely say this:

bureaucracy,  has been my major villain since my parents made my birth certificate.

someone once said to me:

“people who bribes or being bribed will burn in hell.”

“but, the bureaucracies in Indonesia…”

on the next couple of days, my driver’s license will be expired.

said my current boss, on the verge of a long weekend, a couple of weeks ago.

my old bad habit:

wasting chances….and time.

have you ever feel like, when you were working on something for so long, or maybe too long, until you don’t know what the fuck you are doing?

i do.

workaround for months, and suddenly you started to questioning yourself.

where am i?

what am i doing?

what’s my goal?

why do i still procrastinate?

why do people fuss?

you predispose this kind of attitude, and you start to indulge in it, and when you do, you’ll be overwhelmed.

no, this is not the symptom of autism, tho people say that computer science students are semi-autistic. edgy? yes. autistic? hell no. well, at least on my case. too many computers degrades social ability, that is certain.

Finally, another encounter.

It’s a bliss. A heart-breakin’ bliss.

That’s all I can say.

Entah mengapa Jumat ini saya sholat jumat di mushola kecil sebuah panti cacat yang gerah dan panas daripada di masjid SMU 77 yang ber-AC dan masih banyak cewek-cewek SMU yang nongkrong ^_^.
Dan entah mengapa kali ini saya lumayan mendengarkan khutbahnya. Percayalah, ini sebuah prestasi tersendiri.

Berikut beberapa kutipan khutbahnya (I’m not quite good at this, so CMIIMW):

“…di sholat yang hanya 5 menit itu, kita tetap saja masih memikirkan dunia. Sebenarnya apa pengabdian kita kepada ALLAH?…”.

Sehari 24 jam,itu berarti 1440 menit. Sholat membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 5 menit. Dalam sehari kalau wajibnya saja berarti total 5*5=25 menit. Berarti sholat hanya membutuhkan waktu 1,736 % dari waktu total dalam sehari. Logikanya sholat sama sekali tidak menyita waktu kita, tapi kok pas sholat masih mikirin yang lain? Hmm, ada yang harus diperbaiki.

“…siapa yang melihat ibadah/taqwa orang diatasnya dan harta orang dibawahnya, maka ia akan mendapat kebaikan. Siapa yang melihat harta orang diatasnya dan ibadah/taqwa orang dibawahnya, maka ia akan mendapat kerugian…”.

Kalau kita melihat harta orang di bawah kita, kita akan bersyukur. Kalau ibadah/taqwa orang di atas kita, kita cenderung meneladani orang tersebut dan merasa harus meningkatkan ibadah kita sendiri.
Jadi wajar dong kita dapat kebaikan. Kalau kebalikannya yang tadi, melihat harta orang di atas kita, kita jadi cenderung iri.

Ini yang saya dengar tadi dan mudah-mudahan interpretasi saya tidak salah.
